Dr. Jai Kishun is presently working as an Associate Professor in the Department of Biostatistics and Health Informatics, Sanjay Gandhi Postgraduate Institute of Medical Sciences, Lucknow, India.
Dr. Jai Kishun completed his Doctor of Philosophy from DeenDayalUpadhayay Gorakhpur University, Gorakhpur, Uttar Pradesh (India) from 2007to 2009. During Ph.D. he has received Junior Research Fellow (JRF) and Senior Research Fellow (SRF) under Rajiv Gandhi National Fellowship scheme of University Grants Commission (UGC), New Delhi, India
Dr. Jai Kishun worked as Nodal Officer for Mother and Child Tracking System (MCTS) project of MoHFW. He also worked as Co-PI in the three extra-mural projects. He is also the author of more than 20 peer-review national and international publications. Presently he is the Co-supervisor of three Ph.D. students. His research interest areas are Biostatistics, Epidemiology, Demography and Applied Statistics.
